Friendly service and deliciously fresh coffee. I come back to refill my canister of beans (you get a discount if you re-use!) and am always greeted with extremely friendly staff. A great little place to re-stock or have a sit-down coffee.
Iced latte was excellent. Cappuccino could have been hotter. Would go back. They flip u for a free coffee! Novel. Seating is a bit old fashioned.

Great place for coffee and lunch options on Queen street. They also sell ground coffee beans and stock a range of coffee equipment. Really attentive and friendly staff.
Thought would give the Merlo brand a go instead of my usual friendly local cafe. Never again - expensive, bad quality coffee. $5.25 in total with 75 cents for Soy (city average is free or 50c) and tasted like a watery hot chocolate without any hint of coffee beans. Obviously banking on the name but lacking where it matters and just doing volume. The margins in coffee are crazy - yes we accept but dont serve up rubbish.
