family court did not have ANY FAMILY LAW ENFORCEMENT in place( so be aware of court order or no court order). it is the true? any family judge to take on my case? legal aid brisbane , hien lawyers, holloway lawyers in jindalee, legal aid southeast inala, lawyers firm( forgot name) opposit legal aid brisbane., caxton lawyers at newfarm...etc. kid, money, time, stress, emotion.
Avoid Judge Jenny Hogan. She takes 4 years to write judgements. Why we have a system that relies on judges who dont know what they are doing is beyond most of us. Bring on automatic judicial disqualifications
The man at the reception is horrible with customer service. He makes the issues more difficult and complex and wastes my time. He told me hed call me when the document would be ready to pick up, however wasnt specific enough. For example instead of saying we will call you when its ready. He should say the document will be ready in about 2 hours for pick up so wait around here. I am extremely sick and am prone to sickness caused by stress and issues like this. Please employ people who put the needs of customers first and who are there to HELP not make us struggle more!!
these places are completely illegal the so called judge Cassidy ignored sexual alligations about my expartners new partner someone complained about in suppeoned material, there is no justice for loving fathers, the don't care about childrens mental health after 3 years all I got was a broken game with peoples lives, broken father who adored his kids
Had financial conciliation w my abusive ex husband. Our madeiator was clearly highly intelligent and saw through his lies very easily. Good outcome. But still waiting for actual results ( 7 weeks now ) in a broken system
