Always a very busy store with a line up! However it provides a very friendly efficient service! The store has all the latest Apple products on show for you to trial! It provides courses in store to assist with any problems you might have using Apple products! At the back of the store is the technical support team! This is where you organize repairs! Wheelchair access is available! The store is full of attentative sales assistants eager to help!
Because everyone loves an apple store right! I go in every week expecting to find something new knowing full well it's the same!
Great location and very nice building. The staff is lovely. Every time I went there, I left pleased with the result. I purchased an iPad and my iphone from the store and various accessories.
Apple Brisbane are so helpful! After having the worst experience with Optus. Apple replaced my phone on the spot and gave me all the information I needed. The staff are friendly & knowledge. I had to travel 2 hours each way with kids to get there but it was worth every cent! Thank you Apple keep up the good work
