Customer service is second to none. The team here is responsive, flexible, thorough, and genuinely care about giving their clients an incredible experience. Initially I was terrified about the process of buying an engagement ring. I spent three months and more than a half-dozen visits with them designing a custom engagement ring, going back and forth as they went far and wide to find the perfect stone, design, etc. They were constantly in touch and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately my fiancee and I lost the ring overseas, but we thankfully had it insured! Together we designed another one with Anthony's Wintergarden, which was absolutely perfect once again. Could not recommend them more.
Excellent service. I got to meet THE Anthony himself. I was looking for a wedding present for my good friends Bill and Michael who had recently decided to get married in light of the historic yes vote. Anthony was very helpful and made the whole process of finding a wedding present very very easy. I would definitely come back.

The staff is great, friendly and very customer orientated, also they have a wonderful stock of Opals. They do a great job listening to their customers needs/wants. The staff at Anthony's is more interested in making sure you get what you want and like instead of trying to make a sale, like most major chain jewelry stores. However, they are in business to sell jewelry and do a great job in finding something that will fit your needs, wants and budget. Their jewelry is all hand made and you will not find any of their designs anywhere else. Which, makes every piece in their store unique. Offering jewelry pieces that one can keep around for generations and as heirlooms to pass on in the family. I mainly dealt with Aiyana and Kathryn. They were fantastic and I happily and confidently purchased two wonderful pieces from their store. Thank you! They have quickly become my go to store for opals and jewelry when I am in town.
