Reliable and great customer service !!I was extremely impressed when I did an emergency call at 6.30 this morning with a burst hot water pipe in my bathroom that could have flooded my whole unit. Jimmy answered the phone and even though it was extremely short notice he arrived within a few hours to fix my problem.He is very professional, friendly and keeps you informed throughout the whole process. Best of all he just gets the job done with minimal fuss and downtime. I would definitely use Jimmy again and recommend him to any one of my friends that needed a plumber. The plumber said we needed to put a hole in the wall to fix a built in cistern and we would need to knock the shower head off the wall because it couldn't be removed or fixed. Charged $220 , didn't fix the toilet or the shower and had to be asked to return part of the toilet fitting so another plumber could fix it. The shower head simply needed tightening. I would never use this company again.
