Have used parcel locker service and it was really good. Timely notifications and relatively big post office is CBD
Understaffed and poor store layout. I had waited half an hour for passport services. Only one staff member was serving a long queue. Other customers were unsure as to which queue was which with the general post office services queue at the back of the store. Having the self-service machines next to the passport counter only adds to the confusion!
I took my disabled client in because I needed to send a parcel. The staff were extremely helpful, finding me the cheapest postage option and being very patient when my client asked her usual million questions! One lady even gave her a free pen and sone paper to draw on, which just made her day.
