Great atmosphere within this store... Zhane is a top salesperson who went above and beyond any expectation of what a sales experience should be!! Well done and thank you so much for making the purchase of my new favorite boots so easy, stress free and interesting. Absolutely love my Paladium boots. So comfortable for work and the gym. Can highly recommend shopping in this store, you will not be disappointed!
Went in about 40min before closing time on Sunday night, enthusiastically greeted by a sales person. I kind of knew what I wanted. Tried on shoes and decided to buy them. Aforementioned sales person tired several times to sell me a protective spray for my new purchase - I declined this twice before we had even gotten to the check out. Once again at the check out I was bombarded with a sales pitch about this protector spray. Once again I declined. He then proceeded to try sell me socks, telling me these were much better than Kmart socks. I declined......again. Paid for shoes, thanked him and left. Did I mention I was only in Brisbane for the weekend and I had to be at the airport before 9am the next morning? Got back to hotel looked at my new purchase only to discover I had been given 2 left feet shoes, one size 8 and one size 9!!! by now the shop was closed! This sales person was so distracted by trying to sell me a protector spray for my trainers he didnt check he put the correct shoes in the box!! Im now back in New Zealand with shoes I cant wear!!
Reasonable price and availability
Only 2 staff when there were more than 10 customers. I waited 5 minutes or so for a staff member to help me, but got bored and left. Pathetic.
Helpful staff and plenty of variety.
