I have used ripple many times at hotels down the Gold Coast without issue. Today I called to organise a massage for my Mother and told them she had dual knee replacement surgery and needed someone with experience in that area. I was told yes we have someone who treats such people. The therapist shows up and has no idea about Mum's condition and zero experience. I call ripple and they offer my money back but zero explanation for their deceptive business practices. Don't reward people who will lie for money. Look elsewhere
Great experience from booking to massage - the booking lady even helped us organise parking for the therapist at our hotel so we didn't have to do it ourselves! How's that for service. Lovely massage and the foot reflex massage was just what I needed. Thank you for the experience!
