Went in today to show my daughter a few things, was helped by a delightful young man (apparently "in training"). Could not have asked for nicer service, without doubt the best of the several high end shops we visited today. Now my daughter's favourite. Thank you.
Today I went shopping in the LV Brisbane store and the lady server is Lucy-marie T. who is today's main character.we went into the store and bought a tie after that we want to buy a purse further.When we make a decision and we just ask if there is a new one or not cuz we don't want the display one meanwhile she acting extremely hysterical like opened all the drawers and slam them back loudly and saying "Everything in the store is new".We just asking and we would buy it if there isn't a new one.That will gonna be the worst experience I have ever been in the luxurious store.That's not the world class brand's service
Ive been in here a few times this year and I have to say, their service is amazing. Just today I was windowshopping in Burberry, Gucci and then into LV in Brisbane and the service was immaculate-especially in comparison to the other stores. You are acknowledged immediately, served as quickly as possible, and even though I had a lovely trainee today they are still incredibly knowledgeable about the products and try to anticipate what you might need. This store provides the kind of service you would expect, but rarely receive these days.
Yeah I like it better then the gold coast store wife loves it too just make sure they understand ya name cause they put some random name on my wifes receipts obviously cause of her English is not perfect. Which I can't blame them for. Over all premium store and customer service.
Went there looking for a gift for my daughter and no one there is friendly at all. The stuff seem so uptight and serious. We are spending over a thousand $$ there. You would think you would get a better service.
