Good Coles with nice staff and loads of fresh fruit and vegtables. Clean store overall and very tidy.
Good for when you only need a few things. Limited range. Can be crowded as the aisles are narrow. Prices on many items are higher than in the suburbs, but the convenience is the main positive. Better off going to the slightly bigger Coles store on the lower ground floor of Queens Plaza, down the mall on the other side, below David Jones.
A store that is clearly stocked by head office who have never been to Brisbane, or this store. Staff overfill the shelves, and block the air vents on fridges, so dairy items end up hot. And only one staff member knows how to smile. The rest are surly and don't like that they have been inconvenienced by customers who dared walk into their store.
Always quick and easy going in here. Heaps of checkouts (Mainly self serve) and have never been hassled by security for wearing a backpack which is surprising.
Small yet everything one expects from Coles. Good staff ethics. Excellent for a cbd store
