Turned up to these guys with my docs on a USB as I have with accountants many times. I was incredulous when the accountant told me she couldn't even look at the documents because she couldn't put the USB in her computer for "security reasons". Couldn't print them on the printer sitting near her either! Believe it or not, she googled printers in the city and tried to send me to Officeworks during the consultation!! I can't be bothered writing all the reasons this is idiotic suffice to say that the only people in the process who want printed documents are the luddites at H&R Block, but they refuse to print them and bury this in small print somewhere. They could easily overcome any security problems if they could be bothered. I walked out and rescheduled with their nearby competitors ITP two days later. I brought the printed docs this time just in case, but they indicated that I needn't have done so because getting the docs off a USB was no issue for them whatsoever. H&R Block need to sack their lazy IT staff who are costing them business and wasting clients' time with this ridiculous policy. It is 2018 not 1990.
I have had a great experience working with H&R Block in BRISBANE on my Australian tax return and with the ex-pat unit in Sydney for my US tax return. It helps to have one firm that can do both returns and two tax preparers who can easily communicate with each other.
Just don't go there , hopeless as it gets.

I went here for lodge a tax return in 60 minutes session with one of their accountants, I brought my information with Flash drive but for security reasons they said to me they can not get that data from drive, Any way I sent them information by an email, After at least 10 days , They responded to me they are not able to lodge tax return for the Trust type taxes . They wasted my time because I already told to the consultant in the meeting I have a Trust not private company. It is very simple if they can not offer that service just tell the client directly not wasting his or her time. It is very simple act, Their consultant can not even think about the client circumstance , Or their services, She was very inexperienced and she could not even listen to client request. I am not recommend them to anyone.
