Tracy it's the rudest Virgin worker I had the nightmare to meet, refused to attend me, sent me to talk with another person because she was busy doing something else... AKA standing in the middle doind nothing, then moved to attend the couple next to me, still didn't want to talk to me, then asked someone else to weight my lugagge because for some reason she wasn't going to do HER JOB with me. Hope she gets the employee of the month.
Modern new terminal is spacious and efficient. Not a big fan of the plastic/steel seating. Would be better if they had something more comfortable. Plenty of high priced shop youd expect at airports.
Virgin, when are you going to catch up with the rest of the world and modernise your bag drop so that line ups are reduced. I haven't experienced lineups at Qantas for a few years. On a positive note the staff were helpful and friendly.
Light and spacious area of the airport, just for Virgin passengers. Nice food court area and coffee shops. There are a good amount of amenities and interesting shops to peruse. Announcements can even be heard in the toilets! Very clear.
