Very busy bank but open 7 days a week, so very convenient. As with any CBD bank make sure you have the time to get what you need done, so many complainers grumbling in there. Its something that takes time.

On arrival was greeted by someone who told me I could do what I wanted (bank transfer) myself online. If I wanted them to do it itll be $10. Maybe thats a typical bank but surely typing some numbers doesnt warrant an extra charge. Changing to Bank Australia.
Poor customer service. They couldn't even help me with my problem. The lady who assist me is not helping at all. I asked her the question of why they didn't send me an email containing the details that I need to activate my anz app and instead of trying to figure why it happened that I didn't receive any when automatically I should get it the moment I sign up for a new account she throw back the same question at me and added "how did you open an account". For the love of god lady. What do you expect from me?answer that very obvious question. Ggggrrrrrrrrr First, I came to their branch earlier and waited till they open and instead of assisting me first they assist the guy next to me and when it was my turn she looks like not happy at all to assist me. I'm so disappointed with this branch customer service. Very poor!!!
Cant open a sub account to an existing account that i already have with my partner. So I went down to open a sub account for an account we already have and they said no you cant do that because your partner needs to be here I'm so sorry ANZ that my partner doesn't get time off for lunch as she works in the services industry. How does that make sense not letting me open a sub account it is not a new account, We already have access to each other money so i could go in take out all the money flee Australia which would be fine with ANZ but opening up a sub account for an existing Account is just not on #ANZ Are Idiots
