Worst customer care, didnt care and were rude. Went all the way to sort out my account but they didnt want to help.
Unbelievably uncaring and rude staff. A make manager with a brutish accent walked away whilst I was speaking to him, said he didnt care if they lost accounts..... and thats to a premier client!!! If youre not Chinese, dont bank with them, they dont want Australians as customers. You get better customer service at a 7/11. Worst staff Ive ever dealt with

Absolutely DISGUSTING customer serviceRequested my credit card statement 15 times and provided my new address and I was constantly lied too and now have to deal with Debt Collectors! DISGUSTING
First dealings with Brisbane Branch over a year ago was poor. Incessant questions and slow. This time not too bad. Even eventually offered a seat to the disabled. Well done!Follow up dealings with Phone Banking were 1 star. As with other reviews here, they seem to be really have too many issues and lacking in fixing problems. Speak to 3 different people, and hours in the phone. One step above Hopeless.
