Have consistently used Simon in the workshop for all maintenance and repairs on my bike over the last couple of years. Honest, reliable and he never tries to up-sell you things you don't actually need. Would highly recommend using his services at 99 Bikes in the CBD. 5 stars.

Professional, to the point, and timely, I couldnt fault the great service and advice he game me on my bike. 99 Bikes on Elizabeth street provides great customer service with professional bike mechanics Simon Hughes expertise and knowledge of bikes give me that satisfaction and puts my mind at ease to be able to leave a 18k bike with him and know he will produce the goods. He is always courteous and punctual on delivery and as long as I get the bike there first thing in the morning it is always ready by 3pm. My company uses him and I would not go anywhere else or let anyone handle our business keep up the good work.
