Great selection of books. Prices are generally pretty good and competitive. Staff are very friendly and helpful with a pretty good knowledge of books. Very handy location just off Queen St in the Myer Centre.

Purchased a reference manual for the full price of $42.95 at your Robina store on 4/1/19 and paid cash. After making payment was advised if I wanted to leave the store with my purchase in any form of bag it would cost an extra 20c. Declined to pay and requested a refund. Staff member was polite but totally disinterested and missing out on a $42.95 sale for the sake of a free paper bag obviously did not cause her any concern. Certainly have no reason to want to make any future purchases from QBD.
It's a good place to go for books and they have bargains
I love QBD bookshops as it always has great variety of children's books from different genres. Prices are always on special and I can get a reasonable discount if I shop around. The staff are always attentive and extremely helpful and appear to have a working knowledge of the products in store.
