The staff were great and were able to help me find a suit for my wedding. The gentleman who served me knew what he was talking about and despite the exact item I wanted not being in store, they were able to find the right item elsewhere and have it in store the next day.
Myer Brisbane Store has become a confusing labyrinth in the past 20 years with each renovation removing walls that once guided customers through. Very hard to find separate sections within each category. Visually a mess. Quality of products hasn't changed though - still a range of decent- to top-quality items.
For the first ever in this Myer store (been purchasing cooking/homeward items for years) a staff member asked me if I required help. Mitch was helpful, efficient and insanely nice. Highly commend this guy for being so polite and helpful.
