Had to wait for 30 minutes despite having a booking. They should really implement a system to notify patients of long wait times. At the very least, advice patients when they arrived at reception.I was also billed for "surgical consulation" for what was a consultation for persistent cough.
Doctors are great, but waiting more than 1 hour for a 10min private appointmemt when it is booked in advance is ridiculous, they really should send a message when they know they are more than an hour behind schedule, I understand the wait for bulk billing but the main reason I pay for an appointment is to avoid spending all day in a waiting room!
This clinic is wonderful. I've been here several times, and each time I've had good and warm service from reception. You can book a same-day appointment; whichever practitioner you have, has great bedside manner. When you call you get the option of 10 or 20 minute appointment.It's a great clinic in the middle of the CBD. They bulk bill if you have a healthcare card or small income. I've recommended friends who all have had good experiences here. A healthcare gem, thank you so much!

My parents were in visiting from the US and my dad was having a surprise bout of Bursitis in his elbow. He's allergic to all non prescription pain meds and after an emergency room visit which cleared him of any other issues, he was still left in a lot of pain and swelling. I called Monday night and was able to get an appointment with Dr Michael Edwards the very next day. We were able to get in early and left with two prescriptions that solved the problem. They were all extremely friendly and Dr Edwards was extremely professional, helpful and concerned for my father's well being. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
