Very caring and professional from the receptionists to the doctor. I have a needle phobia and Dr Deb was very accommodating. She was also very informative and I felt no pressure to buy certain jabs or medicines if I didn't want to.
I went on a Saturday for travel vaccinations. I have extreme needle phobia (have had panic attacks in the past) and advised the receptionist when making my booking. I think her name is Kristy ..? .. Kristy was very understanding and extremely patient with me. She went through every detail and answered every question as best she could, and placed me on hold while she went and consulted a doctor/nurse if she didn't know the answers. When I went to my appointment with my support buddy, I found that the kind, patient, professional service extended from the doctor, receptionist and nurse. Everyone was amazing! One needle. Zero panic attacks. Highly recommended Dr Deb's services. Thank you!
My visit to Dr Debs clinic today was one of a very high standard. The nurses and doctors were extremely proffessional and the office staff went out if their way to help me make me feel comfortable as I had travelled a long distance for my appointment here.
