This parking has very deceptive marketing on their pricing rates. Evening rates are not available as advertised. I suggest going nearby to a different parking.
Website clearly says night parking is $11 if booked online and $15 drive up. I have a screenshot of the website to prove it. But had to pay $70 last night!!!!! Then when phoning this morning to dispute it, the lady was extremely rude and refuses to acknowledge this and give a refund! Disgusting!
It's a place to park your car, very expensive though...
Paid online for earlybird today but when I got there - there was no parking available! There were several cars there searching and couldn't find car parks either! They need to manage their bookings much better! What was worse was when I called secure parking they told me to go to Tank St secure parking which they no longer managed!!!!
Less than 24 hours parking $158 shown, charged $161.95. And l thought airports were dear. Lift did not stop at floors 4 or 5. Couldn't give a no star rating.
