This place is awful. Often booked out but they let you in anyway and then hassle you through microphone to exit. Narrow parking spaces and very expensive. The location is NOT worth it
Parking was easy enough to find but handicap access and baby strollers would be a nightmare after hours, especially when the retail floor is closed, which negates the use of the elevator. If there are access ramps available, they are not marked at all.
Easy to find, $55/hr midday parking? Better off shopping around.
Our pin didnt work called the customer service and they did honour our online parking due to the system going down.... if u have issues with ur pin make sure u hit the help button... dont get a ticket
Don't commit to monthly parking as they never pay back any money they owe you. They owe me over $1000 and have provided a credit note but simply don't pay. Go somewhere else.
