I had been a customer for 2 years. I became sick with Gullian Barre Virus and then developed an even rarer disease a subtype of CIDP. Consequently I am now in a wheelchair and cannot access the pharmacy due to all the addvitorial promotions in the way. The middle aged grumpy lady said the last time I was there that I was the one who complained. I had said absolutely nothing. I asked this woman how she was and what she was doing for Christmas. Maybe it was someone working there that could obviously see its next to impossible to allow wheelchair access.
In regards to comments made by Sarah smith, we at Priceline Festival Towers removed all our single use plastic bags as per law prior to July 1. The bags we have now are multi use bags thicker than 35 microns. These bags will cost after September 1. Please, we urge all our customers to ask themselves do they really need a bag and if so, make sure to bring it back next time. We make every effort to reuse and recycle in all areas of the Pharmacy. Love this pharmacy, great stock and they will order in from other Pricelines if they dont have what you need, and the service is always friendly. My favourite place to come and hide when I need a break from work.
The customer service is really bad for Asian. I saw the conversation between customer(her race was African Americans) and the staff. It was a quite friendly. However, at my turn, she didnt say hi to me and she didnt smile at all. After I payed she just didnt look at me and went away. I really disappointed to her attitude. Why she dont want to serve me right? I swear she judge me by cover. It was my first time to visit priceline pharmacy in brisbane and I really disappointed. Everyone is equal. Priceline pharmacys customer service should respect all diversity.
