My experience with Space Property as a tenant has been exceptional. They were very professional, easy to communicate with, respectful and such a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Space Property.
I have been dealing with Megan at Space over the past few weeks and five stars all around. It only took three days of advertising my property and it was rented out with amazing tenants at the first open house. If you're looking for a great property manager, I'd definitely recommend Megan at Space Property.
Worst Real Estate Agent ever! Absolutely no communication towards the end of the lease. Its us who contact the manager every single time! The property manager Megan 1. Refuse to give us the entry condition report back. She gave someone else report to us. 2. Refuse to explain why she wants another party to clean our floor tile while we paid the full bond cleaning fee to the cleaning company that she recommends: all she wants is charging us extra money! 3. Changed my name to someone elses name on the tenant information before my lease ended and refused to change it back 4. Did not inspect the property against our entry condition report 5. And now she is refusing to discuss and communicate with us. 6. Plus, she is absolutely rude and dishonest! What a good property manager! NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT AT ALL! ESPECIALLY THIS PROPERTY MANAGER MEGAN! Honestly, you google review score drop from 3.7 to 3.0 mainly because of her within one year. Why are you still hiring her SPACE agent!
If you don't want any issues with living and renting in Brisbane where the property manager attempts to scam you, then stay away from Megan and SPACE Property South Brisbane.They will falsely accuse you for problems without providing sufficient evidence to support the claims. Furthermore, when asked to provide such evidence, they simply avoid the issue and run away because they know it's untrue.They even went as far as to pay for 5 star reviews as soon as they recently received another 1 star review from another tenant who has also highlighted an issue with the property manager. It wouldn't be a stretch to suggest that maybe the other 5 star reviews are also fake.
I highly recommend Space Propery South Brisbane. My housemates and I have been working with Megan and her office since October 2017 and we have no complaints. We're moving out to another property and Megan's help with the new application has been super fast and easy.
