Great hotel we stayed here for the night. Had everything in the room we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Also the location was great to go into the city.
The hotel is all that you love about a stay away, comfy bed, excellent shower, brilliant customer service. Just a shame the food supplied with room service is not great. It won't stop me staying again, as you couldn't ask for more regarding the actual accommodation!
Nice and comfy rooms, backed up by staff that are welcoming. We've stayed here several occasions and would advise that if booking you seek to be placed away from the lift shafts. They are surprisingly loud and buzzing all night. Parking is also a little pricey per day considering the rates for rooms when they're not on promotion. We understand this is an inner city hotel, but for those traveling from interstate or other cities, it does make a difference to the end value.

Rooms are nice and clean. They recently renovated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are quite nice. Good location also. Excellent place to stay.
