Great place. Stayed during the week on an excellent rate. Very clean and warm hospitality. In a great location for Brisbane and easy walk to river, restaurants etc... Recommended.
The room I had was beautifully appointed. The bathroom large and spacious with quality amenities provided, though the towels could be a bit better quality, nice but not great or fitting for the bathroom they were in. Also the pillows while nice were not overly comfortable, that said I've had much worse and I slept pretty well with them. The staff that I had interactions with couldn't have been more helpful and willing to assist me. Breakfast buffet is well worth it.
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Only the pool area could have been better, lack of seating and shaded areas. Rooms clean and well looked after.
What a great disappointment Christmas Day lunch. Had to queue up for some time before allowing us into ballroom for our lunch. Cold buffet was okay but the ham was disgusting large pieces cut up that tasted worse than tinned spam. Bread rolls stale. The main course roasted vegetables were very poor and had to scrape around the dish to put enough on my plate. The turkey was terrible also the chicken. Dry and tasteless. The cauliflower and broccoli were cold and lifeless and the gravy was salty and greasy. The whole luncheon was very poor considering it was a 5 Star hotel and very expensive. I will not be taking my family there again.
Great place to stay! Room was presented extremely well, as well as tidy and clean. Being in the middle of Brisbane, this hotel makes a great home base as everything was walking distance. We were offered upgraded rooms at discounted prices which made the experience even more delightful. Will stay here again if we visit
