Do not park here. The place is awful. Dreadful signage and then passive aggressive note left after their poor signage.I arrived in the morning having booked the Early Bird parking and drove down. No problem here. Scanned my card boom opened. Immediately presented with a confusing array of signs and turns and a heap of cars lined up all over the place. So I follow the only sign I could see that said parking. it led me into the right where there was a heap of reserver parking. Suddenly I was at a dead end. But at least there was no more reserved spots. Had a great day and then got back to my car to find a witches hat behind it and a passive aggressive note basically abusing me for parking in the wrong spot. Apparently a reserved spot for people who leave their keys with some attendant somewhere, there was no signage stating as such. If you want people to park in the correct place. Maybe make your signage clearer.
After positive service on the phone early this morning and previous good experiences with Wilson (I frequent the Eagle Street and City areas for work and for social reasons), the overall experience last night was disappointing. There was some confusion created as a large group of carpark patrons stood by and alerted me that the security officer had arrived at the stairwell on street level. It took me a bit of running around to figure out where we were to go, and the security officer who opened the stairwell was aware I was wanting to be let out. Frustratingly, he had gone in the two minutes it took me to get the rest of my group who had been waiting at the carpark gate (as it had been suggested we do by one of your colleagues on the phone) as he was letting the other large group of patrons out. As such, I was left stranded for a time. A second security guard - a female member of staff - was not willing to assist us and stated there was only a fifteen minute window in which security would let us in (despite the fact fifteen minutes had not elapsed with us being notified by the other group that security had even arrived and Wilson had not called us back about their arrival/ETA as discussed). We eventually did get into the carpark. However, it was only when the other large group of patrons had left that we could enter via the carpark gate. This was particularly frustrating as I had to pay the $88 fee for the security officer to come and yet the other patrons who were let out did not have to pay a cent. The manner and fundamental lack of empathy shown by the second security guard in the context of this was disappointing and at odds with the positive customer service I have always had from Wilson.
