Great coffee, delicious food, gorgeous restaurant and wonderful service
Boxing day, needed coffee and found this place and we had a good coffee, thankfully.
Great place to go with your family and friends, share your food and have a great time. Everything we tried was great!
Food was fine, service was good for the most part. Wouldnt go back. Ordered the chocolate indulgence for dessert which clearly states that it comes with almond tart on the menu - absolutely no sign of almond tart. Tried to point this out to one of the waitstaff and he was not very responsive.
What can I say, we have stayed at the Capri by Fraser hotel many times and this restaurant is a refreshing change needed for the hotel. The previous restaurant was well below par, however the Black Fire restaurant is fantastic. We were a bit dubious to start however we are people that like to give local businesses a go, and they did not disappoint. My wife and I had the lemon thyme chicken and it was cooked to perfection and all of the components went perfectly with the dish. Due to our surprise, we thought we would give the breakfast a go. We were really pleased with the food. We did order room service but the food was still hot and appeared freshly cooked. The food in all was perfectly cooked and tasted beautifully. The staff were fantastic to ensure the food was to our satisfaction and we were being looked after. The restaurant now has a family feel to it, which is also fantastic . I would definitely recommend to anyone to visit this restaurant and also we will be coming back again. Thanks to all the staff for making sure our visit was perfect. This is what the hotel needed
