Ordered a Marble Score 5+ Wagyu 250g skirt steak. Demolished it within a few minutes. Strong and tasty cut, virtually little fat compared to eye/rib fillets. Perfect for those who want more oomph wirh their flavours.
my husband booked Black hide for our wedding anniversary depended on google review as it's really hight rating and ranking top in Brisbane and we won't disappointed because It was such a good night for us. The waiter name Thomas who was from France look after us very nicely overall it was so excellent and the food is so good quality and well made. love it!

The food here will please even the most finicky gourmand. A perfect triumvirate of flavors, leaving you in want of more. Prices are modest compared to other locations and portions are filling. This place comes highly recommended and I share the same sentiment.
Great food. Great taste.However would really like to have a bit more options for families with little kids and babies, like sitting somewhere family friendly. Really dont want to sit right in front of shelves of all those drinks. When going next time, would ask for a place more suitable for families.Otherwise its a great place.
