The prepaid reservation was cancelled. Agent only suggested to get a completely new reservation in place. Did not suggest to call Central reservations to sort this mess out. Disappointed...
Do NOT use this company's services! They are an appalling and disgusting company who will resort to very low and dishonest methods to get more of your money!Upon walking in and hiring my car for a one week period, the receptionist told me he will extend my period by one day, saying that it would not increase the cost. As such, I returned the car on the extended day, and found out that it cost me an extra $70. When confronting Hertz they said there was nothing they could do.Hertz is a corrupt and dishonest company that will lie to you in order to get more of your money. Absolutely disgusting.
Good car rental, very clean and efficient in dropping off and picking up the car. Definitely needs to work on an after hours drop off, I wanted to drop my car off on a Sunday night instead of the following morning.
Staff were friendly and price was good except definition of equivelent vehicle was borderline. Car model given was smaller than one booked online which was annoying as was 3 week family road trip. Also staff said nothing about toll roads in the country on giving me the car, had to discover that myself the hard way. In other countries have been given a toll tag device. Car gave warning of needing service when picked up, again seriously on a 3 week hire. Return was quick and efficient but was not asked what I thought about the car let alone what problems I had found while driving it such as wheels out of balance.
I dont even want to put one star. Horrible horrible service ever. We used to rent a car often, but no more. We returned the car on time and no any damages. But I realized they took money from my account after 3 days even thought we already paid all of costs. Its not only to take money But they didnt even explain why it happened and just ask me to call the office. No responsibility. No apology. They said Its on the way to return but not yet. DO NOT USE here if you dont want to lose your money without clear reason.
