Worst customer service ive ever seen, go to counter they say you need form from computer, use computer get form, back to counter oh you need another form, why not say first time, they get paid for this bad service, over 2 hrs for a passport application renewal. These people do not care, yet are paid for this horrible service. My lord.

The bad reviews for this place are unwarranted. It is nice, clean, quick and everyone here is polite and helpful. The thing is to go to the website, make an appointment, fill out the forms online, bring the correct documentation. It's very straightforward.
Actually these people do excellent job, they deal with my case very fast and I can feel their empathy for my difficulty. They treat everyone very patiently, and they are very helpful.
I can't think of anything positive to describe these bunch of rude people and the only thing they're good at is wasting time. They only open for 3hr a day and there is always a massive queue and when we finally managed to get seen they requested documents that are not listed on the website. I wish I could give negative stars.
