Was perfect in every way. The staff were super friendly and I was continuously given attention even though I only had a tonsillectomy.
Attention to buzzer pretty much non existent! Some staff rude! This is on the ward, not the office staff.

Very disappointing experience at this hospital, complaint was made to the health ombudsman, who took up 3 of the issues raised. The hospital agreed to go into conciliation, then pulled out with no reasoning whatsoever. Very disappointing display from a major player in private hospitals.
This hospital does not live up to the quality its title implies. Certainly it must turn a tidy profit for its owners as there is clearly little money spent on keeping the place looking good.. old fixtures & fittings with a tired & used feel to the place.
