Staff are nice and friendly, by now hospitals should know how many people they can fit in each day, so why is it we still wait for 2 hours for any appointment, why even give an appointment time, parking isnt cheap, we should of been late would of cost us less. Clinic opens at 8 app at 930, how in that time do you get a delay of 2 hours

Had a really good experience yesterday in the Queensland Children's Hospital. From the reception till we discharge. The whole team know what they are doing, not just one person but the whole team! They made us feel comfortable within the whole day, they listened, they explained and they are gentle to the kids.
Our granddaughter is in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit. 5 weeks now. Her life was saved by their quick thinking and action. GP said it was a virus, turned out to be pneumonia. Doctors and nursing staff are excellent. The research team are continually working to make protocols better for future patients.
