When it come to buying the monthly cover it when smoothly, but it comes to refund a lot of excuses. Still haven't received the refund that i should be eligible with.
1 year ago, I hold Coles insurance and road assistant as well, broke down one day with flat battery, so Coles send this company to me, after check, I pay $160 to buy the new one with 3 years warranty to replace the broken one. This year not with coles anymore, but the battery still in 3 years warranty, last week runs out battery again, call both them , no one want take this warranty. waiting so many days with flat battery car parking in my garage.Worst road assistant company and car insurance !
