Never had any issues upstairs always had good service there but today I went downstairs to optical... no service! Staff seemed too busy with themselves and each other. Get your glasses elsewhere.
I had a pleasant experience in the Albert Street store talking to a customer service operator who was the first person to ever explain health insurance in a way that made sense. The prices are ridiculous but the service was great.
Worst customer service Ive tried in Brisbane. I dont know why companies like that do not provide training for their stupid staffs. Its unbelievable. I will change to Medibank in 3 months.

Couldn't have had better service, said no one ever! I rang to get my cover back and got put through to about 9 different people each one as unhelpful as the next. Good Job Bupa, just reiterated why I left and why I now won't go back.
