If there was a chance to give no stars I would give no stars. The money you pay for insurance might as well be placed in a shredder as when something actually happens to your home they won't cover it anyway. We had two third parties confirm that it was damage that was not our fault and no amount of maintenance could prevent it, but here I am being told that they won't cover it. The menial part of the repair they are covering they are not even doing properly, we were told it would be a substandard job, but the insurance company didn't care, I mean it's only the safety of my family and my investment, why would they care? I will be taking this further. I think this is a story for ACA
Spoke to Terry on 280917. answered most questions but was very arrogant when asked to define answers and spoke over the top of me consistently. very rude attitude. he's in the wrong business for customer relations. try the live senate, can talk over the top of more people at one time. pfffft
