I was confronted with an emergency situation last week when heading out for a weekend away, my partners code combination Samsonite suitcase was jolted in transit the lock would not open. With a long overdue weekend break on the coast looking to get off to a turbulent start I rang 3 lock smiths in the area who all politely told me they would not help, or the case would need to be left with them for 2 or 3 days. I then rang the guys at Amalgamated who calmed offered to have a go at it, we drove round to their workshop in Newstead and they got in to it in less than 10 minutes! seriously impressive. Huge save for our weekend away and I will never go anywhere else, these guys were amazing!!!! Thanks again guys!
