I can't speak highly enough of how helpful ESL were! I made a call at 7am on Saturday to get my house locks changed, and that same morning, the job was done, and I had peace of mind knowing that no one could access the house. The technician was really helpful, and I was more than happy with the price. Would recommend to anyone looking for Locksmith work to be done.
"Professional joke" l paid $33 to have one old fashioned key cut here, could see the copy wasnt lined up correctly so it didnt work. Took it back the next day. They offered no compensation or discount for my time. I was told that "thats not their policy". When i asked to see a copy of there policy they couldn't produce one. I have spent $1000's with these guys in the past. In the end they decided to throw the corrected key in the bin and gave me my money back. They said they were sorry. I said if you where truly sorry you would have offed me some kind of compensation for wasing my time! And given me a key that was cut correctly!
