I had high hopes after someone recommended this place. I had an obscure lock to fix & was told they had the reputation of fixing lots of issues. After 3 months I went back in (I guess I must have missed the one phone call they made) and was told to go elsewhere. It was clear to me they could have helped but considered the job not worth their time. Oh and they tagged my leather case with masking tape that peeled off the finish and ruined it for selling. So not only did they not help, but I was worse off than if Id left them well alone. Im sure they are great at selling locks and cutting keys, but Bunnings does that too folks.
Incompetent & unprofessional. Don't bother dealing with these dishonest and incompetent morons if you have a sophisticated issue. Being a body corporate manager I have dealt with many locksmiths but these Neanderthals top the list. I had to give one star to write this review otherwise I it'll be a negative. From extremely poor customer service to sexist jokes about their assistant Molly. All is on display from the minute you walk in there. 2018 and its sad to see unprofessional like these giving the industry a bad reputation. Definitely do NOT call them for a quote or repair onsite. They quote one price but charge another. Extremely disappointed.
They guys in Southbank locksmith was really helpful and efficient. I really appreciate their frequent communication leading to the task. Their subcontractor arrived on the minute organised and was highly efficient in resolving the key issues. Will use both services again.
